  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products : Dispatched within 10–21 business days, depending on design complexity.
  • Bulk Orders : May require additional time. Customers are notified of estimated delivery schedules.

3.Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Minimal delivery fees for remote locations or oversized items.

6.Delivery Areas & Restrictions

CraftAtoz.in ships to:

  • All major cities and towns in India
  • Selected Tier-III and rural pin codes (depending on courier availability).
 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, global delivery will be available soon via our logistics expansion program.

7.Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps ensure that ready products reach you faster. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.

8.Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for punctual deliveries, external factors may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, our customer support team will proactively notify you and provide alternate delivery dates or compensation where applicable.

9.Damaged or Lost Shipments

We understand how important your purchase is.

  • In case of damage during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@craftatoz.in
    with images of the package and product.
  • For lost shipments, we initiate an immediate investigation with our courier partner and issue a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10.Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are governed under our Return & Refund Policy.

11.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes and products.
  • Verification calls may be made before dispatch.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

12.Prepaid Orders
