We ship to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India, including:
Remote Areas: Leh, Sikkim, Andaman (delivery may take longer)
- • Army cantonments (without prior permission)
- • PO Boxes or temporary addresses
- • Locations with no motorable road access

Because wood is precious, we use artisan-approved, eco-conscious packaging:

🚧 Delivery Process for Large Items
Our logistics partner will call 24 hours before delivery to confirm address and accessibility
Standard delivery is to ground floor or main entrance
1st–2nd floor: Free in most cities
3rd floor+: ₹150–₹300 (paid to delivery executive)
Not included—but most items are pre-assembled or require minimal setup (instructions provided)
⚠️ Please Ensure:
- Clear access (no narrow lanes, broken stairs)
- Someone available to receive & inspect the package
🔄 Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries
- If you miss delivery, the courier will attempt 2 more times
- After 3 attempts, the item returns to us—reshipping charges apply (₹299–₹799)

🌧️ Weather & Force Majeure Delays
We’re not liable for delays caused by:
- Monsoon floods, landslides, or road closures
- Strikes, protests, or government restrictions
- Natural disasters
But we will keep you updated and expedite once routes reopen.
